THE DROP
For the EURO 2024 Adidas wanted to reignite the passion for football with the launch of its official match ball "FUSSBALLLIEBE".
We created the biggest ball launch ever by dropping a giant ball in front of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. Its imprint created a football pitch inside a crater – the base for of a 72 hours event featuring tournaments, training sessions, freestyle battles and appearances by Germany's best players. 20.000 more balls were dropped all over Germany turning other public spaces into Bolzplätze.
In one weekend a nation was shown that its passion for football can be reignited anywhere when a ball is present.
